Canon imagePROGRAF Pro-300 vs Epson SureColor P700
Canon and Epson are two leaders in the printer device market. They have been around for years and released various printers.
Here, we have tried two products from these two brands. And then, here is the result of our review and comparison between Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-300 vs Epson SureColor P700.
Canon imagePROGRAF Pro-300 Review
This printer boasts its easy-to-use concept with its two printing features, the Nozzle Recovery System and Skew Correction. The Nozzle Recovery System allows it to ensure that the printing process doesn’t stop because of the jammed ink. As for Skew Correction, it helps you to correct the paper position automatically and saves more time.
As for its ink system, it uses 9-color plus Chroma Optimizer technology. This technology allows you to utilize the ink color optimally to match the image you want to print. This feature also makes this printer suitable for all types of printing needs, from amateur or hobbyist printing to professional printing needs.
To check various statuses of the printer, such as ink levels, printing status, and others, you can use its 3-inch LCD monitor. It is quite small, so you might have difficulty reading the status. But, it is still readable; even though you need a lot of effort for that.
The other flaws we also found are the driver. We get the driver for the PC in the CD that we find inside the printer package. However, it doesn’t have a printer driver for Mac, which requires you to download it directly from Canon’s official website.

Epson SureColor P700 Review
Epson creates an ink system that allows you to print in many vibrant colors. The system separates the color and black color nozzle. Therefore, if you want to print colored images or monochrome/black color printing, it doesn’t need to switch the ink tube.
The dedicated nozzle for different printing modes improves the printing speed. Then, it also uses the new 10-channel MicroPiezo AMC print head, which improves the speed and increases the printing consistency and accuracy.
It is easy to use and lightweight, which is suitable for traveling. You also can easily pair it with a mobile device for distanced printing. However, you can only get the app for iOS to do this.
This printer uses the new Carbon Black Driver Technology. This feature increases the Dmax quality for creating a higher black density for monochrome printing on glossy papers.
Compared to the previous model, this series has a more compact design. It is 23 percent smaller than the previous printer series. Paired with its lightweight, you can practically carry and use it anywhere.
However, we have a problem when we try to print multiple pages. The paper feeder could work optimally, so we have to manually adjust the paper.

Which is Better, Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-300 or Epson P700?
Epson P700 has much better features and performance. However, we plan to use the printer for daily printing needs, which require multiple printing a lot. Thus, we choose Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-300 as the better printer because it can handle multiple printing much better than Epson P700.
